After 550 years you could be forgiven for thinking that her best days were behind her.

She was once the most famous beauty in the county, her favour sought by many a gentleman and her portrait painted by the leading artists of the day. Not at all flash or bling bling, just calmly confident in her own exquisite proportions, perfect posture and unmatched position in society.

A string of lovers and keepers came and went, some less appropriate than others, with nearly all taking from her far more than they ever gave back in return until she was left with little more than her quiet dignity.

Forlorn and all but forgotten she stood waiting for a new partner to come along, a new lover and keeper to roll back the years and re-discover the real beauty within.
