PART TIME RECEPTIONIST
This exciting and fast paced role will involve general hotel reception duties such as taking reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel, and dealing with all types of admin. It will also involve support for the events team, including show arounds of the hotel to potential customers.
Applicants must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and must also be highly organised, flexible & have a good, basic knowledge of using computers.
Experience in a similar role and environment would be an advantage but is not essential, as a five star customer service is our main goal.
Salary is minimum wage to start for approx 20 hours

FULL TIME BANQUETING CHEF
Required to work a mixed shift rota. 5 days out of 7. Including weekends.
Experience in banqueting and functions is essential as we hold up to 200 weddings per year. Time management is also essential. You will be required to manage 2 commis chefs as well as a KP.
Salary is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience.

FULL TIME PASTRY CHEF
We require a full time pastry chef with at least 5 years experience and the applicant must be fully compitent to a high standard. You will be required to work a mixed shift rota. 5 days out of 7. Including weekends.
Salary is £15,000 - £17,000 per annum depending on experience.
Duties include:
Running a Pastry Station, designing pastry menus and the applicant must be able to self manage.

FULL TIME CHEF DE PARTIE
Required to work a mixed chef rota. 5 days from 7. Including weekends.
Must have experience of running a section competently with good technical ability. The applicant must hold NVQ level 2 in catering.
Salary is £13,000 - £15,000 per annum depending on experience.

We require a keen and interested individual who is either at college or has just finished training at college.
Experience isn´t essential, although applicants are required to be hard-working, dedicated and self motivated.
Salary is £10,500 - £13,00 depending on experience.
